Der Stellar Approach

The transformation toolkit for anyone who wants to harmonize the future of their company with the future of our world. All companies want to be sustainable, but that's not so easy in our current economic system. So how do you transform an entire organization so that it is not only economically healthy, but also concerned with preserving and restoring our habitat? How do you deal with conflicting goals between profit orientation and sustainability requirements? Wouldn't the entire economic system have to change for truly sustainable business practices? That's true, and yet you can start as an individual organization. “The Stellar Approach” describes how this can be achieved. It is a transformation toolkit that provides organizations with a framework they can use to gradually align themselves with sustainable and regenerative business practices, thereby shaping the future viability of their own companies and contributing to the regenerative transformation of the economy. “The Stellar Approach” is aimed at anyone who wants to start in their own sphere of influence. Because every job today is a sustainability job.

Working together with a team composed of the authors, in-house art director, and a freelance illustrator, I created a series of infographics for Der Stellar Approach based on real data and models. The book was published by Campus Verlag in 2024. I also supported TheDive with the design of workshop cards.
