Mental Health at Work

Together with the author, I created a series of infographics that help visualize simple and complex frameworks in the book. I collaborated with the author, publisher, illustrator, and book cover designer on the book’s art direction. Written by Nora Dietrich – a certified psychotherapist with more than ten years of experience, expert, and speaker – the book Mental Health at Work makes a point that work can be demanding but shouldn’t make us mentally ill. It’s a toolkit for how to live mental health in the work environment. Nora is also the founder of Between People, a company that supports Organisations in integrating mental health into their agendas and strategies. The book was published by Vahlen.
